The client
The client is a small business owner who is in the process of shifting career in order to follow her passion in floristry. For the past few years, she has slowly been building up a client base and fulfilling orders whilst still employed full-time. At the beginning of the year, she approached me to assist with building momentum for her brand, creating design cohesion, as well as providing overall direction and a marketing strategy.
We worked closely together to identify her key differentiators, as well as to refine her product offering and set achievable goals. This work is on-going.
